For Royal Stone the recognition reflects how the yard is run: direct import, deep stock, finished slabs walked in daylight rather than picked from photographs.

Arriving alongside the award is a Calacatta Viola WOW slab — soft cream-to-ivory ground with bold burgundy and violet brecciated veining, honed. WOW is Antolini's highest selection grade; on Viola it means clean white background with dense, well-distributed dark veining rather than the patchy fields the lower grades tend to carry.

The slab is on the floor at the yard. WOW Viola moves quickly and isn't easily repeatable — walk it at the showroom in daylight before another project pulls it.
